Container Loading Supervision

Your goods are perfect, but will they survive the ocean? We verify the container's condition, supervise the stuffing process, and seal the doors ourselves.

The "Black Box" Problem

Once the container doors close in India, you won't see your goods for 30-45 days. If the container has a hole, your stainless steel will arrive rusted. If the factory loads heavy cartons on top of light ones, your retail packaging will arrive crushed.

Common Horror Story

"A client received a container of pots that was 10% short. The factory claimed they loaded it. The client had no proof. Our Loading Supervision provides that proof."

Container Health Check

We inspect the empty container for light leaks (holes), wet floors, rust, and bad odors that could taint your products.

Quantity Verification

We tally every single carton as it enters the container. No short-shipments allowed.

Bad Weather Protection

We ensure factories don't load wet cartons (from rain) which causes mold and rust during transit.

The Loading Protocol

1

Arrival & Container Check

Inspector arrives before loading. Rejects container if floor is wet or walls have holes.

2

Staging & Tally

Randomly checks carton weights and dimensions. Starts the count as loading begins.

3

Stacking Supervision

Ensures heavier master cartons are at bottom. Verifies desiccants (silica gel) are placed.

4

Sealing & Reporting

We lock the seal ourselves. You get photos of the seal, truck plate, and full container.

Secure your shipment before it leaves the factory.
